Workshops

My willow sculpture workshops are a relaxed and enjoyable introduction to the craft of willow weaving. Set in a beautiful garden workshop, these workshops are suitable for complete beginners as well as those with some creative experience.

During the day you will learn how to shape and weave willow while creating your own sculpture to take home. Popular pieces you can make include hares, birds, chickens and other small animals, though other ideas can often be explored.

By the end of the day you will leave with a finished sculpture and the skills to continue experimenting with willow weaving.

  • You can apply any clear wood preservative. This will help protect the willow and extend the life of the sculpture.
