Commissions

Alongside workshops, I occasionally create bespoke willow sculptures on commission.

These can range from small decorative pieces to larger sculptures for gardens or special spaces. If you have something specific in mind, I’d be happy to discuss your ideas and see what may be possible.

Each sculpture is handmade using natural willow, with careful attention to shape, form and character.

If you would like to enquire about a commission, please get in touch or send an email with a brief description of what you have in mind.

I was invited by James Brindley Schools to create a series of willow sculptures for several of their sites across Birmingham. The project focused on wellbeing and creativity, and I had the pleasure of working closely with Emma Richter Harvey, Head of Personal Development and Art Teacher at the Parkway site.

During the project, students were able to take part in the process, helping to weave sections of the sculptures alongside me. Many of the children found the weaving process very calming and therapeutic, and it was wonderful to see their confidence grow as the sculptures gradually took shape.

The finished pieces now remain at the schools as lasting artworks that the students can feel proud to have contributed to.
